How it Works

  • Step 1: Connect with your dedicated Customer Success Manager to understand your existing purchase order flow and align on how REDLIST and your ERP / accounting software will operate in tandem.

  • Step 2: Create the integration flow from your ERP / accounting software to fire off purchase orders in REDLIST when they are created or updated in REDLIST.

  • Step 3: Set up triggers to create and update purchase orders in your ERP / accounting software when they are altered in REDLIST.

  • Step 4: Test the integration with your CSM.

  • Step 5: You’re good to go! REDLIST and your ERP / accounting software are now in constant communication, so purchase orders in both systems will be updated automatically.

Integration Requirements

  • Must have subscription to REDLIST's Enterprise Plan.

  • Must have purchased your ERP / accounting software integration package.

  • Must have subscription to the cloud version of the software to be integrated with REDLIST.
